Embedding

Put one of these calculators on your own website

Every calculator on this site may be used on other websites free of charge. Pick one below, copy the code and paste it into your page. There is no account to create, nothing to register and no plugin to install.

An embedded calculator does exactly the same maths as it does here, without the site navigation and footer. When tax rules, benefit amounts or pay tables change, we update the figures here and your page shows the new ones — the embed code stays untouched.

Pick a calculator and copy the code

The preview shows exactly what a visitor to your site will see. The calculator language is chosen separately from the language of this page.

Adds a small script that resizes the frame to match the calculator. Without it the frame keeps a fixed height.

How the embed works

The calculator loads into your page inside a frame (an iframe). Your site and the calculator stay isolated from one another: the calculator cannot reach your page content and your page cannot reach the calculator, so the embed cannot break your layout or your scripts.

The code has two parts. The frame shows the calculator, and the small script after it matches the frame height to the content so no second scrollbar appears inside it. The script is optional.

Which platforms this works on

Any platform that lets you paste your own HTML. In WordPress use the Custom HTML block, in Wix and Squarespace the embed block, in Tilda the T123 block. No plugin is needed.

If the site is hand-built, paste the code straight into the page markup where the calculator should appear.

Does the embed collect visitor data?

The embedded calculator carries no ads and no visitor analytics. The maths runs in the visitor’s browser, and the numbers they type are never sent to us.

It also asks the visitor for nothing: no email address, no sign-in, no contact form.

Terms of use

Use is free and the number of sites is not limited. The one condition is that the attribution link shipped with the code stays visible: the calculator must not be presented as your own site’s tool.

You do not need to tell us in advance. If you want a calculator in your own styling or with your own starting values, get in touch — that is separate work, not this embed.

What happens when the figures change

We update the calculators when new amounts, pay tables or legislative changes take effect. The updated version appears in the embed on its own, because your page loads the calculator from us every time.

Each calculator carries the date its data was last checked and a link to the sources. Both travel with the embed.

FAQ

What does embedding a calculator cost?

Nothing. The calculators are free to use on other sites, with no time limit and no limit on the number of sites. The one condition is that the attribution link shipped with the code stays visible.

Do I need an API key or an account?

No. Copy the code from this page and paste it into yours. There is nothing to install and nothing to register.

Can I choose the language the calculator appears in?

Yes. The same calculator exists in Finnish, Russian and English, and the language comes from the embed address. Pick a language above and the code updates itself.

Will the embed slow my page down?

Barely. The frame is marked loading="lazy", so the calculator only loads once a visitor scrolls to it, and it does not hold up the rest of the page.

Why is there blank space below the frame, or the calculator cut off?

The frame height is fixed because the height-fitting script was left out. Add the script to the code, or raise the height value.

Does the embed affect my own search visibility?

The embeddable page is marked noindex and is absent from our sitemap. It does not compete with your page in search results and does not create duplicate content.
