Hygiene passport practice test
The hygiene passport test has 40 statements answered true or false, and passing takes 34 correct. This practice draws 40 statements from a bank of 60 across the six areas of knowledge: microbiology, hygienic handling and temperatures, personal hygiene, cleaning, own-check and legislation. Every answer comes with an explanation and its source. These are not the official statements of the test.

How the practice test works
Forty statements are drawn at random from a bank of sixty, with every one of the six areas of knowledge represented. The format matches the real test: a statement is either true or false, wrong answers carry no penalty, and passing takes 34 correct out of 40. The statements are in Finnish as in the real test; a translation opens with a button, and after you answer, the explanation appears in your own language with its source. The real test is taken under supervision in person with an approved tester — it cannot be taken online.
